Meet Eva and Bill, the heart and soul behind EVB Properties Ltd—where EVB stands for our initials and our shared vision. With a passion for creating spaces that exude warmth and personality, we strive to provide a cozy “home away from home” experience for our guests. Our design inspiration is drawn from the breathtaking natural beauty of our island origins in the Pacific, infusing our properties with vibrant colors and a sense of tranquility. Before embarking on this entrepreneurial journey, we both cultivated diverse experiences in government, military, civil service, and the health sector. These backgrounds have instilled in us a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to serve others.
Our humble beginnings remind us of the importance of hospitality, a value we hold dear, reflecting the rich traditions of Pacific Island culture where caring for guests is a way of life. After leaving our island home, we found a new place to call home in Southampton, a vibrant city teeming with life and opportunities. We are passionate about giving back to our community, particularly through our charity work focused on supporting the homeless of Southampton. We believe that everyone deserves a chance at a better life, and we have actively been feeding the homeless of Southampton for many years now to make a positive impact.
In addition to our property business, we also run a Travel business, allowing us to share our love for exploration and adventure with others. Our interests in travel and rugby not only fuel our spirits but also connect us with diverse cultures and communities around the globe.
