We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The property was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out, with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and it was such a lovely touch to have milk and water waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived.Eva was also a great host and responded quickly to our messages whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

Très bel appartement avec parking 😀 - La qualité et le confort du logement. La décoration des pièces. Le wifi. Les équipements, la literie. Le calme de la résidence, le parking privé. La proximité d'un petit co op et d'un Lidl accessible à pied. La très bonne communication avec notre hôte. 😞 - Il faut bien le dire, en période d'été, fenêtres ouvertes, il est très difficile de se reposer en raison d'un trafic important devant la résidence. Trois routes passagères qui gâchent le plaisir de l'appartement. Bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires pour dormir. Vraiment dommage.

Perfect stay 😀 - Amazing stay, just what we needed, hassle free and very clean and tidy, parking was hassle free. We stayed for 2 nights,it was so peaceful, no noises even though we had the windows open day and night,the beds were very comfortable,if I could I would have slipt one into my luggage bag lol, everything worked as it should,I would definitely stay again. I also asked if it would be possible to check out slightly later but no later than noon as I have to take my medicine, that can course my concern when taken,I got a response straight away and say yes,big thank you for that Eva ☺️😄👍

😀 - Good location to Southampton city centre. Tea, coffee, milk provided. Washing machine, microwave, toaster , hob, fridge all available The property was clean Eva gave clear instructions on how to access the property. 😞 - It's on the 3rd floor and no lift...would be an issue for those with mobility problems. But this is clearly stated when booking.

When you make your reservation, you’ll be asked to confirm your arrival time so we can have everything set up for your stay. Most of our properties are self-check-in, but we’re local and available if you need us (if in dire need of assistance). We operate a self check in system as we want you to enjoy your space and convenience. If preferred we can facilitate an in person check in on request. Check-in starts at 3 PM if you book directly through our website. You’ll receive all your reservation details, including directions and check-in info, a day before you arrive. Plus, our detailed guide books will help you with using all the appliances and Wi-Fi in the property.
We can often arrange for early check-ins or late check-outs based on availability, and there may be a small fee for this. Just reach out to us so we can chat about your needs! Normal check out time is by 10am.
When you book with us, you’ll need to provide some ID and agree to our terms and conditions through a secure online platform. If you’re having trouble uploading your ID, feel free to send a photo of it to hello@evbproperties.com. Just a heads up—if we don’t get your ID or signed T&Cs, we’ll have to cancel your booking.
Absolutely! We require a fully refundable deposit of £200 for our properties at the time of booking. This is a pre-authorization amount that gets released when you check out, unless there’s any damage or terms have been violated.
? If you need to cancel or change your booking, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as your check-in date is at least 14 days away. If you cancel at least 7 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. For more details, please check our full Terms and Conditions. It’s important to ensure your cancellation notice reaches us in time.

Parking options vary by location. Generally, you’ll find adequate parking next to the apartment building, and many of our properties include secure parking spaces. However it is a first come first serve basis. We will require your vehicle registration number to be logged 24 hours before your check in or latest on the morning of your check in date. If your chosen property doesn’t have specific parking or you require additional parking; on street parking may be available nearby.
At EVB Properties, we prioritize the comfort and wellbeing of all our guests. While we love animals, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in our accommodations. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests who may have allergies or sensitivities. Additionally, it aligns with the guidelines established by our building management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a welcoming space for everyone.
Yes, children and infants are more than welcome at EVB Properties. However, there’s no discount for them, as they count as extra guests. We can provide travel cots or high chairs but we would require 48 hours notice for these to be set up prior to check in. Your’e welcome to bring your own for added comfort.
We take great care in setting up and maintaining our properties, so emergencies are quite rare. But if something does come up, you’ll have a dedicated 24/7 emergency phone number to call during your stay, and our team will respond quickly to help you out.
