➞ There is free parking on site with 1 parking spot for our guests in communal parking space. We issue our guest with 1 parking permit that’s required to be displayed in car while parked in our carpark. Failure to display parking permit can/may result in a fine of up to £100.

➞ no extra guests or visitors are allowed in the apartment; if our rules are breached all guests will be asked to leave/removed without a refund of security deposit.

➞ for guests staying more than 7 nights Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoice.
