Very good value for money. Lovely apartment and had everything we needed. Would recommend for anyone going to Southampton as the city centre is only 10/15 mins away via the bus. Only thing we would have changed is the shower as it has no adjustments and the temperature fluctuates. Apart from that a great stay and thanks to Eva for all her help.

Very clean and tidy , we had what we needed to cook. Easy to check in and out, maybe not for older people if you struggle with stairs. Thank you

Eva is a lovely host and was very responsive. The property was very well kept, clean, and had simple amenities like tea and sugar, which were really helpful. Absolutely loved the place, and it was helpful that it had a private parking space for residents, although it was first-come basis, I had no issues with parking. Would absolutely come back to the same residence if I am ever in the city again.

Washing machine, microwave, toaster , hob, fridge all available The property was clean Eva gave clear instructions on how to access the property. 😞 - It's on the 3rd floor and no lift...would be an issue for those with mobility problems. But this is clearly stated when booking.

Eva was so helpful and the apartment was lovely! Everything was seamless from start to finish and instructions were really easy to follow from Eva.Will definitely use this apartment again when next in Southampton Thanks Eva - we had a great stay!
